Note

1. The air pressure inside the burst charger should not exceed 8KG, if it exceeds 8KG, the safety valve on the burst charger will automatically open to ensure personal safety.
2. The tyre placement should be accurate, the top of the steel rim must face down.
3. The angle of the black outlet is more important, must allow the gas to enter the tyre, take the hand of the inflator must be strong, because in the opening of the large ball valve at the same time there will be a backlash, to ensure personal safety.
4. The use of burst inflator recommended the use of ear protection and safety glasses.

Method of use

1. Close the large ball valve, open the small ball valve, the compressed air in the air compressor with the air hose through the quick coupling to fill the burst charger, pay attention to the air pressure filled do not exceed 8KG, (our tool set pressure for 8kg can not exceed 10kg at most).
2. The top of the rim facing down, the tyre flat on the ground.
3. The burst inflator to the tyre next to the black duckbill close contact with the rim, against the edge of the rim, duckbill under the tip of the iron contact with the tyre.
4. While using the inflation lever to inflate the tyre, the other side to operate the tool instantly open the large ball valve, the high-pressure gas inside the inflator will be instantly filled into the tyre, so that the tyre and rim will be immediately sealed, take off the inflator. At this point the sealed tyre can be inflated until the tyre is full and the job is over.
