It seems that the 2009 world champion Jenson Button will leave Mclaren and seek other opportunities in F1 or even out of F1.


Although Button has scored almost twice as many points as Magnussen this term, Mclaren are thought to prefer to  retain the rookie alongside Alonso rather than take the experienced Englishman. As for this, the Briton said: “It’s been going on for months now. Initially, I was ‘Ok, what’s all that about?’ But then it makes you think other opportunities and challenges, in F1 and other motorsport.” And his old teammate Lewis Hamilton lately remarked: “Jenson is better than most drivers here.
